today my best friend died, blog. ._.

mr. rogers. sadly, fred rogers has passed away today--thursday, february twenty-seventh two thousand and three, due to stomach cancer. he was seventy-four years old.

@_@ my best friend from the time i was five years old. the best friend i had for eleven years. ._.

he used to always ask me: won't you be my neighbor?

or he would inquire: won't you be my friend?

and he would say: it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.

and make my day when he used to always tell me: i like you just the way you are.

and he used to always sing to me. and teach me morals and values through the trolley and the puppets.

he was a really caring person.

he was also an ordained presbyterian minister. my role model.

he was very patient. he never yelled at me.

i liked his jackets, sweaters, and shoes.

he was nice. and always smiled at me.

this i will never see again. unless he's shown on tv or in a picture.

i'm sad. my best friend has died. ._.

thanks mr. rogers. thanks for being so nice to me. thanks for making a difference in my life--even though i didn't realize it until now. thanks for everything you've taught us. thank you for giving so much. thank you, mr. rogers. we'll miss you. have fun in heaven with God.
